Little do most people pay attention to, there is another race going on besides the BCS Championship. In all fairness, there are those that would like to see the opposing side win the Heisman...mainly because of the infamous Heisman Curse. But until that time, here's a look at the front runners for the 75th Heisman Memorial Trophy.

Colt McCoy, QB, Texas Longhorns
If you ask Colt McCoy what his biggest setback and regret is of his illustrious college football career, the first thing out of his mouth most likely will not be winning a National Championship. It will be not winning the Heisman Trophy. He watched two years ago when Tim Tebow hoisted the prize, then again last year when his fellow Big XII counterpart Sam Bradford hoisted it.
But then again, after they won the prize, they went out and lost their respective bowl games (Capital One Bowl and BCS Championship Game). So what would Colt want more? The BCS Championship or the Heisman Trophy? Either way, I hope the St. Louis Rams are paying attention, because they need a quarterback, and Colt could be their guy.
Numbers From Last Game: 24/40 for 304 yds & 4 TDs, 18 Carries for 175 yds & TD

Mark Ingram, RB, Alabama Crimson Tide
When it comes to why the Tide are undefeated for the second straight year, it's because of Mark Ingram. Ingram ran up and down offenses for the past two seasons, and if the NFL is indeed calling him after this season is over, he has earned a first round draft choice.
Despite having a hip pointer injury from last weekend's finale against Auburn, Ingram intends on playing in the SEC Championship Game against Florida. But his performance against the Tigers may have hurt his Heisman stock severely. Let's hope for Bama's sake, he steps it up against the Gators this weekend.
Numbers from Last Game: 16 Carries for 30 yards and 0 TDs

Toby Gerhart, RB, Stanford Cardinal
In my honest opinion, this is the man who earned the Heisman and the country's respect last weekend. Toby Gerhart had his third (count 'em, his third) 200-yard game this season. He has been the complete workhorse for the Stanford Cardinal this season, and he looks to continue that dominance in the event that they do earn that spot in the Rose Bowl over Oregon and Oregon State.
The NFL would do good by going after this guy when it comes draft day. Not since Brian Leonard have I seen a more complete back. And if this guy gets his chance to shine, he will deliver.
Numbers From Last Game: 1/1 for 18 yds & 1 TD, 29 Carries for 205 yds & 3 TDs

Tim Tebow, QB, Florida Gators
The Superman of the Gators did what he did best when he defeated the Florida State Seminoles 37-10 in his final game at 'Da Swamp.' Despite the tears, Tebow showed why he is being compared to the likes of Brett Favre, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees and Tom Brady. Even if he opts for something away from football, you will not forget what Tim Tebow did to college football over the last four years.
Now Tebow prepares for his final two games of his illustrious collegiate career as he leads the Gators against the Tide in a rematch of last year's SEC Championship Game. Depending on the outcome, it's to either Nawlins for the Allstate Sugar Bowl or to Pasadena for the BCS Championship Game against most likely Colt McCoy and Texas.
Numbers from Last Game: 17/21 for 221 yds & 3 TDs, 15 Carries for 90 yds & 2 TDs

Ron Johnson, BCS, ACC, SEC, Mountain West, Top Five, Big East, WAC, Big XII, Big Ten

The BCS has been called several other adjectives over the past few years. But this time, they might actually get it right if everything turns out the way it is expected to go. With the top three teams playing one more weekend, anything can happen for someone waiting in the winds. It's like The Bachelor for football season.
With that, here's how the final regular season finished for everybody.
Colt McCoy and Texas polish off perfect season with stunner in College Station
The Real McCoy proved that he is this year's Heisman frontman by throwing for 304 yards and 4 touchdowns, but all the while getting 190 yards and a score to lead the #3 Longhorns to a 49-39 victory over the Texas A&M Aggies on Thanksgiving night. The Aggies finished the season at 6-6, and despite the loss, may have done enough to become bowl eligible. But they made enough noise to scare the 'Horns all through the fourth quarter. Up next for Texas is the Big XII Championship Game against the upset minded Nebraska Cornhuskers. To make it clear for everyone in the lower 't' state, if Texas loses this game, they will not be heading to Pasadena for the BCS Championship Game.
Alabama wins, but loses more than they bargained for.
The Auburn Tigers almost pulled off the upset. But Greg McElroy showed that he is ready to carry the team on his back heading into Atlanta. So as I said last week, The Tide will escape the Iron Bowl...but was it worth it? The Tide defeated Auburn 26-21, but most likely lost their #2 spot to Texas. That is, if the computer has any intelligence in it whatsoever, Texas is the second-best team in the country. In the process of that game against Auburn, they also lost Heisman hopeful Mark Ingram to a hip pointer (which hurts like no one's business). Yet, Ingram says that he will play in Atlanta against Florida this weekend. Pride comes before a fall, Alabama...remember that.
In his farewell to 'Da Swamp,' Tim Tebow delivers in home finale.
It was a teary-eyed beginning for Tim Tebow as he strolled through the Gators Entrance Tunnel one last time. After embracing his parents outside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Tebow embraced his head coach at midfield. Following a salute to his brethren of Gator Country, he went to work. With trick plays coming out of everywhere, Tebow and Co. decimated the Florida State Seminoles in what could have been Bobby Bowden's final regular season game as well. With the 37-10 victory over the 'Noles, the Gators can officially end the Tebow era with six straight victories (four during Tebow's time in Florida) over their in-state rivals.
To make it even better, the stage is officially set for the biggest game of the year as Top ranked and undefeated Florida will face third ranked and undefeated Alabama in the SEC Championship Game with a trip to Pasadena on the line.
TCU finishes perfect...but was it enough to have them smelling Roses???
The Horned Frogs had a holiday feasting at New Mexico's expense. In the closing moments of their 51-10 victory over the Lobos, chants of BCS began to reign upon the sea of purple as they hoisted the Mountain West Championship. Unfortunately, with the way that Utah was treated last season, are the Frogs really expecting the voters to sway the BCS Championship in their direction? In any event, the Frogs finished the season perfect, the first since the year they won their first, last and only National Championship. Better thought: Which Mountain West Champion has the better chance of finishing with a share of the National Championship? Utah or TCU? You decide America.
Boise State, Cincinnati continue push for BCS Respect
While the spotlight is on TCU, Boise State continues to shine in their own backyard as they officially clinched the WAC Championship. After dispatching the Nevada Wolfpack 44-33, the Broncos had nothing left to do but to sit back and wait for the outcomes of several games on tap for this weekend. It's namely come down to the SEC and Big XII Championship. A loss there could work for Boise State...but there is a reason why TCU is getting all that attention.
On the other side of the country, Cincinnati defeated Illinois in its final warm up for the Big East Championship. After a 46-39 victory over the Illini, the Bearcats also found out that Pitt lost to West Virginia. In other words, there is a possibility that they may not have to defeat the Panthers to clinch the Big East...but in this case, it helps.
For now, this is where the road ends. But this week is just getting started. Here is what's on tap for this week leading to Championship Saturday:

WAC, BCS Busters, Big XII, BCS, Ron Johnson, Kyle Vetter, Heisman Trophy, Mountain West, SEC, ACC

Nothing is better than rivalry week...except for the thought that when this week is over, the BCS will become official. In all fairness, this is the week that all of us are waiting for. While everyone is enjoying their turkey and stuffing (or in some cases, eating at whatever restaurant is open today), Florida, Alabama and Texas will look to improve their numbers and their stock heading into Championship Week.
With that, better late than never, here is a look at the upcoming weekend of college football.
Tebow's Last Stand: Florida State vs. #1 Florida in Governor's Cup Game
For over four years, Tim Tebow aka Superman has called 'Da Swamp' home. For four years, he has reigned supreme over the competition en route to two National Championships and a Heisman Trophy. On Saturday afternoon, Tim Tebow says goodbye to the Swamp one last time. On Saturday, Tebow will play his final game in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium at Florida Field as the Gators will host their cross state rival Florida State with the Governor's Cup on the line.
For Florida State, it's all about sending Bobby Bowden out a winner. In the 'Noles case, it's all about this game. They can lose every game this season, but losing to Florida and Miami in the same season would be excruciating to them.
For Florida, it's all about momentum. The Gators finished undefeated in SEC play after dispatching South Carolina two weeks ago. They then unleashed hell on Florida International last weekend to better prepare for the visit from the Seminoles. A win for Florida means they're more than guaranteed a spot in the BCS Championship with a victory in Atlanta against Alabama. A loss means that the dream dies along with Tebow's chances of three NCs in his impressive collegiate career.
Either way, this is the game that I've been waiting for...and I can't wait to celebrate with the Gators in Pasadena.
Winner: Florida wins this one big and says, "Bring on the Tide!"
Iron Man: #2 Alabama vs. Auburn in the Annual Iron Bowl
This is it for Alabama. The Tide remember last season's debacle in the final two games of the season. It started with the loss to Florida in the SEC Championship Game, and it culminated with an embarrassing showing against Utah in the Sugar Bowl (aka the SEC Bowl). But in their eyes, that was then, and this is now.
The Tide have one more SEC game left on their slate before they get the chance to fix what happened last season. But it's against an old foe and an upset minded team in the Auburn Tigers. Alabama has been dangerous this season mainly because of their ground game, which is something Florida should keep an eye on in two weeks.
But to win against the Gators, it will take more than just running the ball. With an unproven quarterback, does Bama have enough to get it done against Auburn? Auburn went from first to worst ever since the loss to Arkansas. But they always seem to take this game more seriously than any game on their schedule.
Can Bama win this game? Absolutely. But can Auburn win this game? Anything's possible.
Winner: Alabama escapes with a win and prepares for Florida.
WAC'ed Out: Nevada vs. #6 Boise State
When this game is over, there is one guarantee: One of these teams will be the WAC Champions. This is the game that everyone in this conference has been waiting for. On one side, you got the seemingly unstoppable Boise State Broncos, who need this win to stay in tow with TCU and Cincinnati for the final BCS spot.
On the other side, you got the team who is infamous for BCS Busting, the Nevada Wolfpack. For the Pack, winning this game not only puts the Broncos BCS dreams on hold, but it also gives them the WAC Championship. The Wolfpack have been playing like a team that wants it, and this may be the team that puts the Broncos in their place.
I'm a huge fan of upsets...and this might be the game that delivers on it.
Winner: Nevada upsets Boise State in their backyard.

Tune Up The Band: #8 Pitt vs. West Virginia
So let's make this short and sweet: The Panthers are going to win this game. Without question, the Panthers have been the hottest team in the Big East. Forget about Cincinnati for a moment, and realize that this Pitt team is playing like they want the Big East Championship.
West Virginia has been searching for an identity since losing Pat White and Rich Rodriguez. Now they look to end the season on a good note. But facing Pitt is not a good way to end it. So to make this simple, this is Pitt's final test before they face Cincinnati for the Big East Championship. Let the trash talk begin.
Winner: Pitt wins this weekend, and defeats Cincinnati next week.

Good Ol' Fashioned Anarchy: Georgia vs. #7 Georgia Tech
The Bulldogs have nothing to smile about at the moment. On one hand, they need to win this one to become bowl eligible. On the other hand, they have to defeat the hottest team in the ACC a week before they collide with Clemson for the ACC Championship. On this weekend where the ACC vs. SEC rivalries will take center stage, Georgia and Georgia Tech will lock horns in the season finale.
For Tech, this is mainly a warm up for next weekend's ACC Championship Game. For Georgia, it's a chance to add a notch in their belt and become eligible for postseason play. Either way, this is pure entertainment at its finest. A victory for the 'Dawgs will put them in the hunt for a decent bowl game in December. A victory for the Jackets gives them something bigger: A win over the SEC...just in case the undefeateds fall in the finale next weekend.
Winner: Georgia Tech wins and heads to the ACC Championship Game.

Good Ol' Fashion SmackDown: #15 Clemson vs. South Carolina
The Ol' Ball Coach has spent the last few weeks throwing his visor to the ground and pulling out what's left of his Rogaine-filled hair. This weekend, his Cocks have the undaunting tasks of stopping arguably one of the best rushers in the country: CJ Spiller.
The Tigers clinched a spot in the ACC Championship Game against Georgia Tech. But before the ACC takes center stage, the rivalry between the SEC and ACC will start off the anarchy. For South Carolina, they need this win to secure a bowl berth.
But going against Spiller is not an easy task, as the Jackets will find out next weekend. For Spurrier, the road to perdition ends here. No postseason berth. Do not pass GO...do not collect a bowl berth. Sorry, Steve, about your damn luck.
Winner: Clemson "Spills" It All Over South Carolina.

Holy War: #22 Utah vs. #18 BYU for Provo Boot
In one of the oldest rivalries in college football, two teams with big dreams officially shattered take the field for the ultimate prize in their state: The Provo Boot. Last year's BCS Dark Horse, Utah takes the field against the Longhorns Savior, BYU. Thanks to BYU's upset of Oklahoma earlier this season, it cleared the way for Texas to take over and win the Big XII South outright.
But when it comes down to it, this isn't about bowl games...this is about the annual trophy that only these two teams can fight for. In their eyes, this is their bowl game, their BCS Championship, their Rose Bowl. So who comes out on top?
Winner: BYU stuns Utah and lays claim to Boot.
A Trifecta of Border Tossers

Down South Deathmatch: Arkansas vs. #17 LSU
What better way for those bloodthirsty locals of Baton Rouge and Fayetteville to finish off their football season than to beat the holy hell out of each other? That's the case this weekend as the Razorbacks and Bayou Bengals lock horns for the coveted ArkLa trophy. For both teams, it's postseason bound...but for one of them, this is their National Championship.
This is the one that has gone back and forth every year, and this year, the SEC has been the hotspot for rivalries. Here you have two teams still looking for their identity, but for the Hogs, this is their chance to return home with the coveted Golden Boot. With Ryan Mallett as quarterback, you can't go wrong with picking the Red Pigs from Fayetteville in this matchup.
Winner: Arkansas Upsets LSU in Baton Rouge

Rocky Mountain Slugfest: Wyoming vs. Colorado State
For my boy Kyle Vetter. He always wants me to write something about the Rams in these columns, and everytime I do, it's about them losing bad. After last week's humiliating loss to New Mexico, the Rams are eyeing to rebound with their annual rivalry game with the Cowboys.
The Cowboys and Rams both started out with some good victories and promising seasons. But since those early victories, both teams have fallen off the radar. With the postseason nothing more than a distant memory, this is the final game for both teams this season. In all fairness, it's better to go out with a bang than with a murmur.
For the Rams, it's all about unleashing hell in their own backyard, which I'm sure Mr. Vetter will be there. I see CSU bouncing back from last weekend's loss and taking the Border War from Wyoming. But then again, if I pick Wyoming to win, does that mean that CSU will pull it out?
Winner: Colorado State takes the Annual Border War

Good Ol' All American Nastiness: Nebraska vs. Colorado
Two teams with National Championship ties. Two teams with big dreams about their future. But only one of these teams will be fighting next weekend. For the Huskers, they finish the season in the Big XII Championship Game against Texas...a game in which many are predicting an upset in. For the Buffs, it's about getting some redemption for their dismal season.
In a game where it's all about respect, these two teams lack that when it comes to each other. If you go to Lincoln in Black and Gold, you're bound to be in the middle of a huge barfight. Same can be said if a Sea of Red arrives in Boulder expecting some Ale. In the end, though, they all get drunk and have fun anyway.
The way the Huskers have been playing this season, I can't pick against them, but in Folsom, only the Buffs survive...except in this case.
Winner: Huskers win and prepare to possibly 'Hook The Horns!'
That's it for this week! Tune in this Monday for a preview of Championship Week!

Randy Orton, Ron Johnson, DX, John Cena, WWE, R-Truth, Kofi Kingston, Jesse Ventura, Sheamus, Hart Dynasty, World's Strongest Playas, Legacy, Mickie James, Michelle McCool, Melina, Beth Phoenix, Jeri-Show, Rey Mysterio, Batista, Dirt Sheet, Christian, Cryme Tyme, The Undertaker, Vince McMahon, Kane, Vickie Guerrero, Eric Escobar, Primo, Teddy Long

Live from Hershey, Pennsylvania, RAW kicks off with the huge blockbuster main event announcement: For the first time ever, John Cena vs. CM Punk in a match that Punk personally requested.
As Governor Ventura is announced, Randy Orton comes out and interrupts the festivities. The Viper enters the ring and decides that he is going to run the show for Governor Ventura. He makes it clear that despite the fact that he is not allowed to face Cena for the WWE Championship, but he also knows that the Guest Host has the power to lift the ban.
He then calls out the Governor, who wastes no time in coming down to the ring to confront the Legend Killer. The Governor comes out to acknowledge the Hershey crowd. He turns his attention to Randy Orton, who he says that he reminds him of a younger him. He then informs Orton that he will not get a Championship Shot tonight. He then makes the announcement that everyone has been waiting for: The next man in line to face John Cena for the WWE Championship will be...determined tonight in the qualifying matches.
To add more insult to injury, it will be a Breakthrough Battle Royal that will determine the next #1 Contender. The catch? The individuals who will be in these matches cannot have held a World Championship. After the announcement, we find out that DX will face The Hart Dynasty. With that, Kofi Kingston makes his way to the ring for his match.
Breakthrough Qualifying Match
Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler
As F-Bomb Richani said, Dolph continues to lose when it counts. In a match that would see the winner clinching a spot in the Breakthrough Battle Royal, Kingston managed to outlast Ziggler. In the end, he is the first man to qualify for the Battle Royal later tonight to determine Cena's next opponent.
Winner: Kofi Kingston
In the back, The Miz continues to gloat about his so-called greatness, but no one is even listening.
Breakthrough Qualifying Match
Sheamus vs. Finlay
Finlay takes the fight to Sheamus now that he sees him coming. The two brawl on the outside with Finlay tackling him over the announcers table. But back in the ring, Sheamus gets control by focusing on the injured ribs and lower back of the Fighting Irishman. Sheamus then delivers a huge Celtic Cross of his own to pickup the pinfall victory and qualify for the Breakthrough Battle Royal. But after the bell, Sheamus decides that Finlay hasn't suffered enough. He then rams him into the barricade and kicks him over it in the process. He then stands over the broken body of the Irishman.
Winner: Sheamus
In the back, Teddy Long is becoming ill to his stomach at the sight of Eric Escobar and Vickie Guerrero. Also, Randy Orton continues to plead his case to the Guest Host.
First Time Ever
CM Punk vs. WWE Champion John Cena
Punk applies a headlock quickly, but gets slightly hurt by a shoulder block. Punk gets control via his kicks, but Cena bounces back with a bulldog before taking the fight to the corner. As Cena aims for the STF, Punk slips out of the ring to avoid the submission.
Back on the program, Punk has a modified triangle choke applied. But Cena's uncanny strength gets the best of Punk as he is dropped with an Electric Chair. Cena starts bouncing back with a pair of shoulder tackles followed by the Beantown Bomb and the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He then sets up for the Attitude Adjustment, but Punk counters into the GTS, which Cena counters into the STF. The submission is locked, but Punk is able to reach the ropes.
Punk bounces back with a kick to the skull...but is only able to get a two-count! Cena blocks the bulldog and nails the Boston Leg Drop. Both men stagger to their feet with Cena going for the Adjustment. Punk counters and nails a heel kick...but only gets a two-count again! Cena ducks the high knee, carries Punk to the top rope and delivers a top rope Attitude Adjustment to pick up a huge win over the former World Heavyweight Champion!
Winner: John Cena
Following a recap of the night's earlier events, Jesse Ventura makes it clear that he wouldn't stoop so low as to challenge Vince McMahon to a match. He instead decides to hit him below the belt where it's guaranteed to hurt and leave an impact. Ventura decides that he and McMahon will jump back on the mic one more time.
Breakthrough Qualifying Match
Chavo, Chris Masters & Jack Swagger vs. World's Strongest Playas & R-Truth
Swagger and MVP start the match with both men trying to feel each other out. Swagger gets control until Masters comes in to dish out the punishment. Chavo then jumps back in and picks up where Masters left off. Masters returns to the ring to apply a reverse chinlock, but MVP shakes it off and delivers a huge clothesline.
R-Truth gets the tag and delivers a set of punches before dropping him with a dropkick. Now all hell decides to break loose as Henry drops Chavo off to Swagger. In the process, R-Truth delivers his Truth Hurts to get the pinfall victory, and all three men qualify for the Battle Royal tonight.
In the back, HBK and Triple H are discussing the events of last night's Survivor Series Triple Threat Championship Match. In the process, the duo gets served with papers that they are being sued by Hornswoggle, and next week, they have to appear in Lil' People's Court (talk about short notice...okay, I get it now! Ha HA HAAAAAAAA).
Breakthrough Qualifying Match
Evan Bourne vs. Randy Orton
Before the bell, Randy Orton attacks Primo Colon in an attempt to stop him from participating in the Qualifying Match. Orton then jumps in the ring and demands that he will be in the match. Ventura then jumps on the Titantron and decides to allow Randy Orton to particpate in the match.
With that, Orton and Bourne go at it. Orton takes the fight straight to Bourne, who is thrown off his game. But Bourne manages to get control for a moment. Orton then delivers the RKO to finish the job and clinch a spot in the Battle Royal for tonight...which is arguably the dumbest thing I ever heard.
Winner: Randy Orton
After the bell, we get a look at the history between Jesse Ventura and Vince McMahon. Also, the Divas are decked out in Thanksgiving outfits for the Mayflower Melee match.
Mayflower Melee Divas Match
Mickie James, Melina & Kelly Kelly vs. Michelle McCool, Layla & Jillian Hall
Before the bell, we are graced with the return of the Gobbledy Gooker as the special time keeper. Jillian and Melina start off the melee with Melina getting early control. But Jillian is able to get control quickly, until she miscues her backflip and gets dropped on her head. Thanks to some interference, Jillian gets control. But Michelle and Layla decide that they no longer want to participate in the match.
In the end, Melina gets the roll up victory over Jillian to score the win for the Indians. After the bell, the Gooker is revealed to be none other than former Divas Champion Maryse. After fighting to get the Turkey suit off, she finaly struts her Canadian stripper pose.
Winner: The Indians
D-Generation X vs. The Hart Dynasty
David Smith has complete control over Shawn Michaels as the match gets underway. The younger tag team has complete control as Tyson Kidd comes in to continue the punishment. But Triple H is able to come in and deliver some punishment of his own with a high knee, facebuster and a pair of Double A Spinebusters. As he goes forthe Pedigree, he gets ambushed by Kidd, which allows Smith to deliver a huge boot to The Game.
But Shawn bounces back to deliver Sweet Chin Music to Smith, as Triple H drops Kidd with a Pedigree to pick up the win for DX. After the bell, Chris Jericho comes out to interrupt the celebration. Jericho comes out to announce that Governor Ventura has made another huge announcement: DX will face Jeri-Show for the WWE Unified Tag Team Championships at Tables, Ladders and Chairs in three weeks!
Winner: D-Generation X
After the war of words, we are informed that Batista is on his way to the ring.
Intermission: Batista Speaks about Survivor Series
After coming out to Rey Mysterio's entrance music, Batista makes it clear that no one from SmackDown will win tonight's Battle Royal. He makes it clear that no one will get in his way either. All of a sudden, Kane makes his presence felt and asks Batista what constitutes as disrespecting him. Kane then begs him to make an example out of him...only to watch as The Chihuahua backs down from the challenge of facing Kane head to head.
Breakthrough Qualifying Match
Cryme Tyme vs. Legacy
JTG gets early control of the match, but Legacy shows that the tutelage of Randy Orton is paying off with constant tags and focusing on certain body parts. Rhodes has an arm wrench applied, but JTG is able to tag in Shad Gaspard and get control of the match. Shad catches DiBiase and delivers a huge Ghetto Bomb. JTG takes out Cody Rhodes, but DiBiase is able to nail Dream Street on Shad to get the victory and complete the field of competitors for the Breakthrough Battle Royal.
Winner: Legacy
Back on RAW, the Divas give Santino a taste of his own medicine when they unite to dish out some Sur-Pies to Marella who decides that women belong in the kitchen. But the sweetness happens after the final pie toss as Santino's elbow shoves a pie into the face of the Piglet herself, Vickie Guerrero. Afterwards, Jesse Ventura and Vince McMahon make their way to the ring for the main event of the night.
Main Event To Determine the #1 Contender for the WWE/World Heavyweight Championship
Breakthrough Battle Royal
Kofi Kingston vs. MVP vs. Mark Henry vs. Sheamus vs. Legacy vs. R-Truth vs. Randy Orton
Legacy and Orton start out by ganging up on Kofi Kingston, but it doesn't take long for everyone to gang up on them. Orton decides to slither out of the ring and let the other guys fight it out. As Orton and Sheamus look on, Legacy gangs on the World's Strongest Playas. Sheamus finally gets into the competition and tosses MVP out. As Henry tosses out Legacy, Sheamus comes out of nowhere and takes out Henry.
And now there are three men left: Kingston, Orton and Sheamus. As the Celtic Warrior looks on, Orton and Kofi lock horns. Sheamus then decides to jump into the melee, only to get dropped for his troubles. But Kofi shocks the world and eliminates Randy Orton, but the celebration is short lived as Sheamus launches him over the top rope to eliminate him and win the match. Sheamus is now the #1 Contender for the WWE Championship and will face John Cena in three weeks at Tables, Ladders and Chairs.
Winner and #1 Contender: Sheamus
Finale: Contract Signing for Tables, Ladders and Chairs WWE Championship Match
Following the victory, Sheamus is joined in the ring by Jesse Ventura and WWE Champion John Cena. Sheamus then grabs the mic and demands that Cena stands up and faces him. Cena responds by mocking the Celtic Warrior for his actions since coming to RAW. He calls him a punk for preying on the weak.
After going through the resume of monsters and giants that he has conquered, he makes it clear to Sheamus that when he signs that paper, he will go to war with him, and he better be ready to make a statement. Sheamus responds that he does what he does because he can, but that's nothing compared to what he's going to do to him. The two stare each other down before Sheamus inks his half of the deal, followed by Cena. As Ventura makes it official, he decides that there is a conspiracy theory to keep Cena as WWE Champion.
After getting baited into a stare down with Jesse Ventura, Cena gets decimated by the new #1 Contender. Ventura then decides that the WWE Championship Match will be a Tables Match. In all honesty, there is no way I see Sheamus being a successful WWE Champion. But I guess they wanted some fresh blood in the mix.
That's all for RAW ladies and gentlemen! Happy Thanksgiving, and we'll see you after the holidays.
Survival of the Sickest: WWE Survivor Series Preview

Teddy Long, Vince McMahon, The Undertaker, Christian, Dirt Sheet, Batista, Rey Mysterio, Jeri-Show, Beth Phoenix, Melina, Michelle McCool, Mickie James, Legacy, World's Strongest Playas, Kofi Kingston, Ron Johnson, WWE, John Cena, DX, Randy Orton

Tonight is one of the biggest pay per views in WWE History. With a pair of triple threat championship matches on the horizon, World Wrestling Entertainment brings us the annual Survivor Series. Here now, is the rundown of the card for tonight.
Divas Collide!
Team Mickie (Mickie James, Eve Torres, Kelly Kelly, Gail Kim & Divas Champion Melina) vs. Team McCool (Women's Champion Michelle McCool, Layla, Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall & Alicia Fox)
In the first Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match, the Divas of RAW and SmackDown collide for more than just pride and respect. They're fighting personal battles as well. The team captains have been embroiled in a heated personal battle ever since Mickie James was traded to RAW last month. Beth Phoenix is out to prove that she belongs on RAW, not SD. As for the remaining Divas? Well, you have Divas Champion Melina, who has been targeted by Alicia Fox and Jillian Hall in recent weeks. So what mindset will Mickie James be in after what happened last Friday night?
Friends No More
Rey Mysterio vs. Batista
Last month at Bragging Rights, Batista blamed the loss of his chance to regain the World Heavyweight Championship on Rey Mysterio. He destroyed the former World Champion and left him for broke. Now the two will settle their differences in the ring one last time. It's clear that the winner of this match will most likely be next in line for the World Heavyweight Champion, but considering that both men have guaranteed that the other will not walk out of Washington, D.C. in one piece, does the lust for the World Heavyweight Championship truly matter now?
The Greatest SS Team of the 21st Century! BE JEALOUS!
Team Morrison (IC Champion John Morrison, Shelton Benjamin, Evan Bourne, Matt Hardy & Finlay) vs. Team Miz (US Champion The Miz, Jack Swagger, Zack Ryder, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus & Dolph Ziggler)
There is most likely not a better place to be tonight than when these ten men hit the ring. What do you get when you put a fighting Irishman, a high flyer, a Gold Standard, a two time All American American, A brutal Irish powerhouse, a man touted as a future World Champion and possibly the Greatest Tag Team Champions of the 21st Century?! On one side, there's John Morrison, the current Intercontinental Champion, and on the other side, you got The Miz, the current United States Champion. This is the perfect RAW vs. SmackDown vs. ECW Elimination Match, and all hell is bound to break loose when these ten men collide tonight in the Nation's Capital.
Three Ways to The Darkside
Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship
Unified Tag Team Champion Big Show vs. Unified Tag Team Champion Chris Jericho vs. World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker
The biggest (and I mean biggest) World Heavyweight Championship in recent memory has all the things necessary to make things interesting for everyone. Big Show turned his back on his RAW team at Bragging Rights to earn himself a shot at The Undertaker at Survivor Series. Feeling shafted, Chris Jericho defeated Kane to earn himself a spot in the match. But the Unified Tag Team Champions have been divided when it comes to which of them will become the World Heavyweight Champion. But both men have forgotten about the man who holds the gold.
The Undertaker made his WWE debut at the Survivor Series, and since then, he has been dominant at the pay per view. After defeating CM Punk at Hell in a Cell, the Deadman has been on a huge tear. Now he faces his biggest challenge yet to his reign as World Heavyweight Champion. Can the Unified Tag Team Champions unite to defeat the Phenom? Or will The Demon of Death Valley continue his reign of Darkness over the SmackDown Kingdom?
When Animals Attack
Team Kingston (Kofi Kingston, World's Strongest Playas, R-Truth & ECW Champion Christian) vs. Team Orton (Randy Orton, Legacy, CM Punk & William Regal)
This match was brought on a whim thanks in large part to the events of Bragging Rights. Randy Orton believes that if it wasn't for Kofi Kingston, he would still be WWE Champion. Since that night, Kingston has been a target of Orton's wrath. But Kofi is making it clear that he is not afraid of The Viper...and he has the right tools and talent to make it happen.
On one side, you have MVP and Mark Henry followed by R-Truth and ECW Champion Christian. On the other side, you got former Tag Team Champions Legacy followed by former World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk and the always vicious William Regal. Is this enough talent to defeat the more Extreme Kingston and his band of power? Or will the World's Strongest Boom Squad defeat The Legend Killers at the Survivor Series?
Two Foes For Ya!
Triple Threat Match for the WWE Championship
DX Member Triple H vs. DX Member Shawn Michaels vs. WWE Champion John Cena
For over a decade, D-Generation X has reigned over the WWE with its wild antics and no nonesense attitude. In that decade, both men have held the WWE Championship. Since then, neither man has faced each other on the same side of the tracks...that is until now.
At Breaking Point, John Cena defeated Randy Orton, only to lose a month later at Hell in a Cell. At Bragging Rights, Cena outlasted Orton in the Iron Man Match. Now Cena will have his biggest test to his reign as Champion when he will face the last two men he faced as WWE Champion at WrestleMania.
Will DX have two words for the WWE Champion and leave D.C. as champion? Or will the Chain Gang Commander roll with the punches and have four words (You Can't See Me!) for DX and leave Obama's backyard still the WWE Champion heading into the Thanksgiving Celebration on RAW tomorrow night?
It's the 23rd Annual Survivor Series, LIVE from Washington D.C.! Who will leave The Nation's Capital as the Survivor of the Sickest?
ESPN: The Worldwide Leader in Bullsh*t!

Al Davis, Oakland Raiders, New England Patriots, Bill Belichick, Steve Phillips, NFL, Tom Cable, Big XII, kansas, ESPN, Ron Johnson

It used to be called the worldwide leader in sports. Now they're all about the soap operas. From Mark Mangino to Bill Belichick, these guys are famous for beating a dead horse to death again and again. If you need further proof, take a look at some of the major headlines that was on ESPN this week.
Bill Belichick Gambles and Hits Snake Eyes in Patriots Loss to Colts
On Sunday night, we saw quite arguably the best game in recent memory of the NFL. In less than four minutes, the Patriots went from handing the Colts their first loss of the season to suffering the biggest setback in their franchise's history. Pats coach Bill Belichick gambled on a fourth and two, ended up being one yard short and set Peyton Manning and the Colts up with the game winning touchdown pass to Reggie Wayne on 2nd and Goal.
Since that call, ESPN has managed to decimate the legacy of Belichick and chastise him for not having enough faith in his defense, hence putting the victory in the hands of a man who has proven to be a tough as nails quarterback that has three Super Bowl rings and can win under pressure. So if Belichick made the call and the Patriots got the first down, he would be a hero. But since he came up one yard short (sound familiar, Tennessee?), he is being called an idiot/ass/moron by the very guys he helped make famous.
ESPN, what's done is done. It's time for you guys to let it go and realize that this man has won more rings than anyone in this decade. The Rams, Ravens, Bucs, Giants, Colts and Steelers all won in this decade. With one more win, the Steelers will tie them with three. So until ESPN has a crackpot team of proven Super Bowl contenders, not pretenders who had to go there seven or eight times to win the first, bury the story and move on!
Women's Rights Group Wants Tom Cable Gone
For starters, I am not a chavinist by any means. I just find it insulting that this Women's Rights Group wants Tom Cable gone. Not just from the Oakland Raiders organization, but from the NFL as well. But yet, they have yet to say anything about the graduate from Ike Turner University, Brandon Marshall.
Marshall was on trial this past summer for allegedly having a UFC Fight with his former girlfriend. So what makes Cable so different from Marshall? Is it because Cable punched out an assistant (forget allegedly. We all know he did that.)? Is it because Cable refuses to admit to anything? Or is it because this Women's Group is secretly out to pull the plug on Al Davis, thereby sending him back to the depths of hell where he came from?
But if you check on ESPN.com, they are still talking about this way after NO charges were brought against the guy! Need I say more?
ESPN Strikes Out With Steve Phillips
If you've found yourself watching baseball on ESPN, you are familiar with a man known as Steve Phillips. He usually does the games on Wednesday night, but he got busted having an affair with some smoking blonde. The result? He got canned, and she did too. Now they won't even acknowledge the fact that he even worked there.
Even worse for poor Mr. Phillips is that everyone on ESPN will get a cut of his royalty checks. Damn, that is whack! Is this how ESPN treats their former employees. Try asking the former host of Around The Horn.
Kansas Players Call Mangino Bully
What is worse as a college player? The fact that you sucked so badly that you had to play in Kansas? Or the fact that you sucked so badly in football that you had to play it in Kansas? I would say that Nebraska is worse, but since they have National Championships coming out of their ass, so guess what Kansas? You guys suck more than Florida International!
But now there are sensitive players coming out calling their current/former head coach Mark Mangino a certified bully. Because he provoked them with slurs and yelled at them, he was dubbed a bad coach. But the problem is that he has led them to several postseason berths and several victories as well.
So if this guy is such a bad coach, then how the hell has he been coaching for so long? He won big while in Kansas, but unfortunately, it takes one guy to start a chain reaction. If he was this bad of a guy, then why did these players stay with the school? "I didn't let him affect me!" Of course you didn't, because you know if you did, he probably would have sat on you and put you in a wheelchair for the rest of your life.
That, and what other college would accept you after you just called out your coach?

Mick Foley, AJ Styles, Scott Steiner, TNA, Ron Johnson, Sting, Daniels, Desmond Wolfe, Amazing Red, Abyss, Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash, Inc., Beer Money, Motor City Machine Guns, World Elite, Hulk Hogan, Sarita, Taylor Wilde, Hamada, Alissa Flash, Raven, Dr. Stevie, Team 3D, Hernandez, Rhino, D'Angelo Dinero, Matt Morgan, Jesse Neal, Bobby Lashley
A one eyed Mick Foley comes out to call out Dixie Carter, Dr. Stevie and Raven. He then makes it clear that vengeance will be theirs tonight. With that, Raven and Dr. Stevie make their entrance into the iMPACT Zone. After a cheesy arsenal of jokes, Stevie makes it clear that they will be the ones who will end the war that Abyss started.
Raven grabs the stick and questions Foley's authoritative decisions, which Foley makes clear that the match is on tonight!
Back on the program, Tenay and Taz give the rundown of tonight's card, including an exclusive interview with Sting about his future with TNA and Hulk Hogan. In the back, TNA World Champion AJ Styles and Kurt Angle talk about tonight's tag team main event when things turn towards a match between the two of them not just for the gold but also to find out who is the better man.
"Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner vs. TNA X Division Champion Amazing Red
As Red's promoter, Don West, voices his grievance about this match, Red shows why he is a fighting champion by taking the fight to Scott Steiner. But Steiner turns the table with an All Around Slam followed by a Gorilla Press Slam. Following his trademark elbow drop and push up, Steiner applies a choke hold before delivering a belly to belly. Steiner refuses to pin him, and he delivers a modified piledriver before going for his steel pipe. He then lands a huge shot over the back with a pipe.
After the bell, Steiner starts decimating Red until Bobby Lashley makes his way to the ring to stop the fight. Steiner sprints out of the ring and avoids the fight, all the while demanding why Lashley came out.
Winner: Amazing Red via DQ
Back on the program, JB is talking to Kevin Nash, who still has possession of the TNA Legends Championship and Eric Young. Nash hands Young back the title. He then explains his actions from Sunday night. He says that by the end of the night, he'll have some answers for Mick Foley in regards to Hulk Hogan after deciding to team up with Eric Young.
Motor City Machine Guns & Beer Money vs. The World Elite
Before the bell, World Elite is informed that if Eric Young leaves the announce table, not only will a DQ happen, but they will be fined 3X the money they make. In the ring, James Storm takes the fight to Kiyoshi before the Guns take the fight to the young Jap.
But World Elite gets control until all hell breaks loose. As Beer Money takes care of Kiyoshi and Sheik, Rob Taylor miscues a clothesline, and the Guns take advantage with a Frog Breaker to pick up the win for them and Beer Money. On the outside, The Elite starts berating Taylor for his actions and continue to insult him all the way to the back.
Winner: Motor City Machine Guns and Beer Money, Inc.
In the back, Kevin Nash has made it clear that if Foley gets him all his money back, he'll answer all the questions about Hogan. But on top of that, Nash informs Foley that when Hogan does come to TNA...he is not coming alone. Following the conversation between Nash and Foley, we get a look at the Hogan Fever that is continuing to spread all over the country.
Back on TNA, Abyss tries to talk some sense into Mick Foley. But Foley has made it clear that he has made his choice, and there's nothing that anyone can do about it.
Hamada vs. TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion Taylor Wilde
With two fan favorites battling it out with similar styles, it doesn't take long for the fans to remain united for both Knockouts. Wilde nails an arm drag, but Hamada bounces back with a DDT. Wilde recovers long enough to get dropped again with a Lucha Kick. Hamada nails the moonsault, but Taylor manages to kick out.
Both women battle it out with near fall after near fall until Hamada nails the Enzugiri. Hamada goes for the Hamada Driver, but Wilde counters only to get kicked in the cranium and dropped with the Hamada Driver to pick up the loss over the underdog known as Hamada.
Winner: Hamada
In the back, Abyss has barricaded Foley's door to prevent him from heading out for their tag match.
Tag Team Grudge Match
Raven & Dr. Stevie vs. Abyss & ???
With Foley locked in his office, Abyss takes the fight to both men. All three men battle on the outside as the match becomes sort of a handicap match. It doesn't take long for Abyss to start showing signs of the abuse as both men tag in and out to unleash even more punishment. But Abyss shrugs off the punches and levels both men in the corner.
Abyss delivers a huge splash before attempting the chokeslam. Abyss delivers the Shock Treatment to Stevie before turning his attention to Raven. But the ref catches Raven about to deliver another fireball and issues the DQ. But the abuse is far from over. Raven nails the Evenflow DDT on The Monster before the duo decide to hang Abyss out to dry.
They begin choking the life out of Abyss as TNA goes to break (why the %$#@ would they do that?!).
Winner: Abyss
Back on the program, ODB's Talk Show returns with special guest Homicide. The newest WE member makes it clear that he has Suicide by the mask since he knows who is behind the mask. Also, Tomko makes a huge return to TNA when The Beautiful People arrive to continue their cheerleader tirades. (Remember those girls you wanted to shove into lockers when you were in high school? Exactly.)
Alissa Flash vs. TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion Sarita
Sarita takes the fight to her former rival until she miscues a splash and gets dropped for her troubles. Flash takes the fight (all the while playing with her zipper) with a series of punches. But Sarita bounces back with a belly to belly to stop the assault. The two exchange kicks before Sarita drops her with a springboard dropkick. Flash drops her with a huge back suplex, but Sarita continues fighting. Sarita finishes her off with a flipkick and knocks Flash unconscious to pick up the win over Flash.
But on the outside, Traci Brooks sprints down and beats the holy hell out of Alissa Flash on the runway. In the back, Foley gets ambushed by Dr. Stevie and RAven as they decide to hang him as well.
Winner: Sarita
Six Man Tag Team Street Fight
IWGP Tag Team Champions Team 3D & Rhino vs. D'Angelo Dinero, Matt Morgan & Hernandez
The three young guns come out firing as they take the fight to all three members of the ECW Originals. Hernandez aims for the boys outside, but Brother Ray drops him with a huge clothesline. After taking out Ray, Super Mex goes flying, taking out Brother Devon and Rhino before the toys come flying into the ring.
The Pope and Brother Ray take the fight into the ring with Dinero nailing him with lids over and over again. All six men are on the outside taking the fight to each other until Morgan and Devon are in the ring with the toys of ECW. The men exchange time in the ring as Rhino and Super Mex make their way into the ring. Following a huge splash from Hernandez, all hell continues to break loose.
Following a huge elbow drop from The Pope, the real wood is brought out as Morgan sets up a table on the outside. On the inside, The Pope is laying out Devon when Morgan is laid out. On the inside, following a 3D, Hernandez lays all of them out with a spear and a GORE! of his own. As he goes for the victory, the ref is pulled out, which allows a returning Jesse Neal (with a new look and a bigger mohawk) to lay Hernandez out with a steel chair. A proned Rhino rolls over and picks up the win for the ECW Originals.
Winner: The TNA Wrecking Crew
Back on the program, we are informed that a scheduled interview with Sting did not take place at his home in Dallas, Texas due in large part to Sting not even being there. Does that mean that The Icon has already made his decision??? Or does that mean that there is more to this story than meets the eye?
TNA Featured Contest/Main Event
Desmond Wolfe & Daniels vs. Kurt Angle & TNA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles
Angle and Daniels start off the main event, with Daniels getting the early advantage. But Kurt bounces back with a series of uppercuts before tagging in Desmond Wolfe, who Angle is calling into the ring. Wolfe refuses to tag, but AJ Styles wants a piece of Daniels. But Daniels tags Wolfe in before launching out of the ring.
Wolfe and Styles go lock for lock before Styles delivers the Phenomenal Dropkick and a backbreaker. Styles then tags in Angle, who wants a piece of The Wolfe. In the corner, Daniels gets a shot in on Angle before Wolfe takes the fight to Angle's lower left arm. Daniels then gets the tag and comes in to punish Angle as well.
The Ring of Honor reject gets a crash course in wrestling from the Professor of the Wrestling Arts, Kurt Angle. Daniels comes in to get dropped by Angle with a Belly to Belly. Both men are able to tag in but it is Styles that delivers the assault as he nails a huge backbreaker followed by the Pele. Wolfe hits the Tower of London, but Styles kicks out. After he gets tagged in, Daniels hits the BME to pick up the upset win over the TNA World Heavyweight Champion.
Sorry, Daniels, but Wolfe did the hard part, and you picked up the pieces. That does not give you a one on one shot at Styles. But I may have a solution to the problem.
Tune In Next Week...
Winners: Desmond Wolfe & Daniels

Jimmy Wang Yang, Zack Ryder, Shelton Benjamin, Vickie Guerrero, Eric Escobar, Cody Rhodes, Mark Henry, Superstars, WWE, Ron Johnson
Shelton Benjamin vs. Zack Ryder w/Rosa Mendes
After staving off a fight, Ryder is brought in the hard way by a more vicious and fierce Shelton Benjamin. After a snap suplex, Benjamin continues the punishment with a huge neckbreaker followed by a reverse chinlock.
Benjamin shows that impressive wrestling background with submissions, but Ryder uses a break from the ref to get the advantage. Benjamin's athleticism allows him to get control back by launching him over the top rope, but Ryder is able to shove him into the steel steps when he brings himself to the outside.
Back on the program, Ryder has complete domination over Benjamin after the steel step incident. As Rosa "Will Smile For Medication" Mendes looks on, Ryder applies a modified abdominal stretch to the injured ribs and back of Benjamin. As Ryder begins to finish off Benjamin, Shelton begins to fire back with shots to the head before leaping off the top rope with a spinning forearm. Following a Stinger Splash, Shelton collides with Ryder. But as Rosa tries to hand him the phone, Shelton blocks a shot towards Mendes that allows Ryder to deliver the Zack Attack to pick up the win.
Winner: Zack Ryder
In the back, Legacy is planning their revenge on Mark Henry and MVP for their actions over recent weeks.
DON'T FORGET: THIS MONDAY NIGHT IS A THREE HOUR SPECIAL ON RAW AS JESSE "THE GOVERNOR" VENTURA WILL GUEST HOST THE SUPERSTARS OF RAW, SMACKDOWN AND ECW!
Back on Superstars, we get one more look at the war between Batista and Rey Mysterio that will culminate this Sunday at Survivor Series followed by the rundown of the entire card. Following the carnage and the rundown, Vickie Guerrero comes out to give the crowd a headache more severe than those that had to listen to the entire Jillian Hall CD.
Eric Escobar vs. Jimmy Wang Yang
Yang shows why he's one of the most versatile superstars on the roster, but Escobar shows why he is one of the best up and comers in the business. Following a downward spiral, Escobar is nailed with a set of neckbreakers and a vicious clothesline. I would like to continue this portion, but this guy is so boring, that I wish that Lance Storm come out and put him in his place.
Yang delivers a tornado dropkick followed by a diving dropkick. But Vickie uses all her weight (literally) to prevent Yang from finishing him off. Escobar capitalizes and delivers a San Juan Storm to pick up the win. And yes, I'm not impressed with this douche. No matter what the WWE says about this jackass.
Winner: Eric Escobar
Main Event
Cody Rhodes vs. Mark Henry
Rhodes tries to get the early advantage, but Henry's strength is showing too much for young Cody to handle. Rhodes can't handle the pressures of facing the World's Strongest Man as he slides out of the ring and towards the entrance as Superstars takes its final break.
Back on the program, Rhodes has an advantage after kicking the steps into the tree trunks known as Mark Henry's legs. Back in the ring, Rhodes begins to focus on the left leg of the World's Strongest Man. But Henry starts to fight back and sends Rhodes sailing through the air. Henry starts to get the blood flowing back through the leg before he delivers the World's Strongest Slam to pick up the win.
Winner: Mark Henry
College Football Preview: This Is It Part One

Ron Johnson, Big Ten, ACC, Big XII, WAC, Mountain West, Pac-10, BCS, SEC, Big East, Conference USA, BCS Busters
The BCS Race is heating up in a major way, and it looks to completely be up in smoke by the end of next weekend. There are times when college teams should rest their big timers and give some due to the backups. Unfortunately, there is not one team that should rest on their laurels and the thought of being the in the BCS. Just ask Alabama, Florida and Texas, who all have mediocre games on the horizon for this weekend.
But the fun has to start somewhere...and it starts tonight in the Big XII Conference.
Big XII Conference
Colorado vs. #12 Oklahoma State (Thursday Night Football (TRAP GAME))
The Cowboys have to win out and hope that Texas stumbles before the end of the season. But they also have to win out the remainder of their Big XII schedule. If this happens, the Cowboys are heading to the Big XII Championship Game. But there is a catch: They have the on again/off again Colorado Buffaloes coming to town. No matter which way you look at it, the Buffs have shown that no matter how bad things are, they can win when it matters. Why is this a trap game? Because the right Buffs team may show up for tonight's slugfest with Oklahoma State.
Winner: Oklahoma State
Oklahoma vs. Texas Tech (TRAP GAME)
The Sooners will have to wait until next season before they can fight for the National Championship. But they can still get a pretty decent bowl game out of it if they win this weekend. But the Red Raiders are vying for a good postseason bowl as well. Both teams are 6-4 on the season, but the Raiders need this game to be neck and neck with Oklahoma. Either way, we're happy about one thing: Oklahoma will not be in the BCS this season.
Winner: Oklahoma
Iowa State vs. Missouri
The Tigers have been on a huge slump since being picked to win the Big XII North. Now they have nothing to play for except for a possible decent bowl. At 6-5, the Cyclones can still earn a postseason berth with a victory against Mizzou. With both teams locked at 6-5, something has to give with a shot at the postseason berth on the line.
Winner: Missouri
Baylor vs. Texas A&M
The Bears put up huge numbers two weeks ago, but they were unable to find their offense against Texas last weekend. As for the Aggies, they're not as dominant as they expected to be. At 5-5, the Aggies are the Cowboys' last hope to dethrone the Longhorns and their chance to win a spot in Pasadena for the BCS National Championship Game. But first thing's first: Beat Baylor and get one step closer to a postseason berth.
Winner: Texas A&M
Kansas State vs. Nebraska
This is it for these two teams. The winner clinches the Big XII North. The loser gets possibly a postseason berth. But both want the same thing: The Division. The Wildcats can swoop in and take it from the Huskers, but the Huskers can win it with a victory over Kansas State. If K-State wins, they'll clinch the division and head to the big one against either Texas or OK-State. If Nebraska wins, they get it. But the way Nebraska has been playing lately, would anyone want to play them right now? And yes, that includes Texas.
Winner: Nebraska Clinches Big XII North
Kansas vs. #3 Texas (TRAP GAME)
Despite all the anarchy that is going on in Lawrence, the Jayhawks still have a season to finish. And considering everyone is having a mad cow disease about Mark Mangino's treatment of his players, who cares? But Texas is playing like they actually want the National Championship and the Heisman in the same season. For Kansas, this is a chance to put those frustrations, animosities and off-the-field troubles to good use. Kansas took Oklahoma to the limit a few times in their meeting, and they need the victories to earn a postseason berth. Is Texas as good as advertised? We'll find out this weekend.
Winner: Texas
WAC Conference
#6 Boise State vs. Utah State
The Broncos took care of one thorn in their side when they dispatched Idaho in impressive fashion last weekend. Now they have one final tuneup before their WAC Championship Showdown with Nevada. Don't completely underestimate Utah State, though. Despite being 2-4 in the conference, the Aggies can play upset if they try. But the Broncos are so dangerous against members of their conference, that I don't see Utah State hanging around too much.
Winner: Boise State
Nevada vs. New Mexico State
The Wolfpack need this win to keep their hopes of winning the conference alive. Despite being 7-3, they are 6-0 in the WAC, and if they win this one, it sets up a conference showdown for the WAC Championship against Boise State. The Wolfpack should win this one easily, and they should be able to stroll into next weekend with a huge chance of winning the WAC and shattering Boise State's chances of winning a spot in the BCS along with TCU.
Winner: Nevada
ACC Conference
Maryland vs. Florida State
This is possibly Bobby Bowden's final ACC game of his illustrious career. His 'Noles won't be playing in the ACC Championship. His 'Noles won't be postseason bound. His 'Noles won't be playing for the National Championship. But his 'Noles can still play for respect. In their final home game/ACC game of this season, Florida State is close to getting some respect back. But that respect could be and will be put to the test next weekend when they travel to Florida for the finale against the Gators.
Winner: Florida State
North Carolina vs. Boston College (TRAP GAME)
The "experts" are saying that Boston College should win this game. The Eagles need to win this one to stay neck and neck with Clemson for the ACC Atlantic Division. But the Tar Heels have something for them: We can beat them. The Eagles will have their hands full, and the Tar Heels can play just as good on the road as they can at home. Since South Carolina can't seem to buy themselves a bowl berth, North Carolina can raise their stock...especially after defeating Miami last weekend in a game that those very same "experts" said that the Canes would win big in that game.
Winner: North Carolina
Duke vs. #21 Miami (FL) (TRAP GAME)
The Blue Devils still need that one win for the postseason. Miami is in regardless, but despite losing to both Techs and North Carolina, they're still ranked. So in all fairness, what is the mindset of the Canes right now? After blowing a big one in Chapel Hill, can the Canes get the job done against the depleted Devils? Or will Duke follow in North Carolina's footsteps and land their biggest upset of the season?
Winner: Miami
Virginia vs. #18 Clemson
The Cavaliers have nothing to play for except for pride. The Tigers need to win this one to clinch the ACC Coastal Division and face Georgia Tech for the ACC Championship. With CJ Spiller in the backfield, how can you possibly go against the truthful bad asses of the Atlantic Coast Conference? It's no question who wins this game, and don't be surprised if Spiller returns next season to pick up where he left off this season. He may not win the Heisman this season, but he will be the frontrunner next year with McCoy, Tebow and Bradford all gone to bigger and better things.
Winner: Clemson clinches ACC Coastal
Big Ten Conference
Minnesota vs. #15 Iowa (TRAP GAME)
The Gophers also need a win to become eligible for the postseason. The Hawkeyes are just trying to break their skid after dropping two straight and tossed out of the Big Ten Race. Iowa needs this win to vindicate their standing in the conference. Minnesota needs this to earn a spot in the bowl games next month. At 9-2, the Hawkeyes could get a huge advantage if they can get off this slide. They got the quarterback to get things done, but is it enough to make it happen?
Winner: Iowa
#9 Ohio State vs. Michigan (Rivalry Game/TRAP GAME?)
The Buckeyes are hot right now. Despite being the choke artists of the postseason, they have flat out owned the Wolverines in their last five meetings. As for Michigan, their season is shot to hell. So those extra practices haven't paid off for them. Now they have Ohio State invading the Big House this weekend. With this being the final Big Ten game of the season for the Buckeyes, they can send a message to the Pac-10 Champions before they meet in the Rose Bowl in January.
Winner: GOD LOVES...THE BUCKEYES!!
#13 Penn State vs. Michigan State
What can be said about this game? The Lions can either make this a decent game or blow it out of the water. The Spartans can officially focus on the basketball program, but they can still clinch a berth in the postseason with an upset victory over Nittany Lions.
Winner: We Are...Penn State!
#17 Wisconsin vs. Northwestern (TRAP GAME)
Simply put: The Badgers can win this game...but so can Northwestern. This is the same Wildcats team that handed the Hawkeyes their first loss. And the Badgers have been playing some tough football. But when you have a pair of physical teams battling, who will come out on top?
Winner: Northwestern in an Upset Special
Big East Conference
UConn vs. Notre Dame (TRAP GAME)
The Irish are in a world of hurt. We all know that Charlie Weis is gone after this season. The Huskies are still looking for that emotional victory. If they paid attention to We Are Marshall, they know that this is the time to make it happen. I could see the Huskies winning this game mainly because of all the issues in South Bend.
Winner: UConn in an Upset Special
#25 Rutgers vs. Syracuse
The Knights are back in the saddle, and they hold their postseason future in their hands. If they get the job done against the Orange this weekend, they will be playing ball long after their counterparts are flipping through Charlie Brown reruns. Like I said, they were once the most dominant team in the Big East...they are in the running for the conference next season.
Winner: Rutgers
Conference USA
Memphis vs. #24 Houston
The Tigers are losing it all in one swift breath. The Cougars are not too far away from them. Houston has been knocked out of the BCS Contention with their loss last week against Tulsa. Now the Cougars are on the verge of losing their stranglehold on the Conference as well. So which Houston team will show up this weekend when Memphis comes to town?
Winner: Houston
Tulsa vs. Southern Miss
Coming off their nailbiting victory over the Cougars last week, Tulsa travels to Brett's old stomping grounds to face the Eagles. Despite being out of the running for the West Division, they can play spoiler to Southern Miss, who needs the win to stay neck and neck with East Carolina for the East Division. One team can play spoiler, while the other plays favorite. Who comes out on top?
Winner: Tulsa in an Upset Special
SMU vs. Marshall
The Mustangs can win the West with a victory over Marshall this weekend. It comes down to a win and a Houston loss. If these two things happen, the Mustangs will solidify themselves as for real. Even if it doesn't happen, they can still solidify themselves as for real. Pushovers no more from my standpoint.
Winner: SMU clinches C-USA West Division
Mountain West Conference
#4 TCU vs. Wyoming (TRAP GAME)
The Horned Frogs are unstoppable. That's the way they feel right now. So what would happen if someone dropped the hammer and shocked them? Remember when Wyoming had Texas against the ropes? Wyoming knows that they are the final hope of everyone to silence this fluke known as TCU. And with Colorado State coming up next weekend, are the Cowboys the team that will knock the Frogs off their immortality pedestal? Or will the Frogs keep rolling just to end up one big win short of their ultimate goal?
Winner: TCU...but it won't be easy.
Air Force vs. #19 BYU (TRAP GAME)
The Falcons can win this game. The Cougars can win this game. Both teams have decent offenses and defenses. But in the end, only one of them can win on both sides of the ball. When it comes down to it, I see the Falcons doing it mainly because of the lack of respect they are not getting from the voters and the "experts." Sorry BYU, but that's motivation enough for the Air Force Academy.
Winner: Air Force Academy
San Diego State vs. #23 Utah
The Aztecs stink. The Utes are wreaking...and it isn't havoc. But Utah isn't as foul as San Diego State. Utes win. Let's just hope that they completely show up instead of the half-ass showcase they brought to the party against TCU.
Winner: Utah
Colorado State vs. New Mexico
The Rams need something to smile about this season. This could be their chance, considering one major shocker: Neither of these teams have won a conference game all season. The Rams have won three games this season, but they have yet to win a game in the Mountain West. As for New Mexico, they're winless altogether. So when CSU comes back, they'll feel good about wearing green and gold again.
Winner: Colorado State
Pac-10 Conference
#20 Oregon State vs. Washington State
The Cougars will just be happy if the Beavers don't run up the scoreboard. Either way, Oregon State wins the game. The Beavers love the thought of playing in the postseason, and after this game, they might just win the conference as well if they defeat Oregon next week.
Winner: Oregon State
Cal vs. #14 Stanford (TRAP GAME)
Cal proved that they can win without Jahvid Best. Stanford proved that they can defeat USC and run up the score at the same time. So what happens when these two meet...with Stanford vying for the Pac-10 Championship as well as Oregon State and Oregon? Stanford can get the job done in their own backyard as proven when they played Oregon. Cal may need more than just the faith of the Sports Gods to keep this game close. If Stanford scores early and often, it's on.
Winner: Stanford
#11 Oregon vs. Arizona (TRAP GAME)
It comes down to this for Oregon. If they win, they keep their lead over Stanford and Oregon State for the Pac-10 Championship. If they lose, the title and the Rose Bowl goes to Stanford or Oregon State. Stanford holds the tiebreaker at the moment, but if Oregon State and/or Arizona take down the Ducks, the Cardinals will fulfill their own destiny and win the Pac-10 Championship.
Winner: Arizona in an Upset Special
Southeastern Conference
Chattanooga vs. #2 Alabama
The two final SEC Powerhouses are waiting another week before they completely drop the hammer on their season. Alabama is up first with a matchup against Chattanooga in a warmup game before the annual Iron Bowl against Auburn. This one is easy for Alabama in some matter of speaking. The Tide need this one as the spotlight is on their offense...or lack thereof.
Winner: Alabama
Mississippi State vs. Arkansas (TRAP GAME)
The Dogs need a win, and so do the Hogs. Arkansas can win the game and become bowl eligible. Mississippi State can gain some respect back after a dismal season that left them gasping for air. It's hard to go against the Razorbacks, so don't expect me to start now. Hogs win this one...just wish they could have beaten Alabama.
Winner: Arkansas
Florida International vs. #1 Florida
The FIU Panthers are complete pushovers for any team in the power conference. The same can never be said for the Florida Gators. The Gators know that they have a bull's eye on their backs...and it's from their own conference no less. Want proof? The SEC has made it clear that they want their ol' time football back. They want Alabama and Tennessee battling for the SEC while Florida is nothing more than a basement dweller. What the SEC hasn't realized is that Florida is their sure fired ticket to the big time and that title of Powerhouse. So let the Gators win out...and quit bribing your officials to hose Florida as much as possible.
Winner: Florida
#10 LSU vs. Mississippi (TRAP GAME)
The Tigers are out of contention for the SEC Championship. But they can still get a decent bowl game with a little help from their friends. However, they can win big in the lottery if they defeat Ole Miss. Peach Bowl or Chick-Fil-A Bowl could be calling for LSU. As for Ole Miss, they are bowl eligible, but they need to beat LSU to sweeten their own crusade.
Winner: LSU

Ron Johnson, WWE, WWE RAW, John Cena, Melina, Mickie James, Rowdy Roddy Piper, DX, Undertaker, Jerishow, Michelle McCool, Alicia Fox, Randy Orton, Kofi Kingston, Vince McMahon

Tonight's RAW opens in Madison Square Garden with the return of Piper's Pit with tonight's Guest Host Rowdy Roddy Piper and Luis Guzman. Piper continues his old antics when the Iron Chef...I mean, Iron Sheik. After a trip down memory lane, we get the new entrance of tonight's RAW, coupled with the new theme song: Nickelback's "Burn it to the Ground!"
Even before the bell, The Miz talks some serious trash to the New York crowd, from the Yankees to the fans themselves. It's unfortunate that Miz has no idea who his opponent is. After countless bashes and insults, the opponent makes his way out in a Yankees hat no less. He then passes it off to his girlfriend, The View's Sherri Shepherd. Figured it out yet?
WWE United States Championship
WWE US Champion The Miz vs. MVP
Miz shows his aggressive side early, but MVP remains on the same page to gain control. But Miz decides to slip out of the ring. Miz then takes MVP out at the knee to gain control before taking the fight to the outside.
Back in the ring, Miz has a reverse chinlock applied, but MVP shows why he is one of the best with a Farewell followed by a pair of clotheslines. Following the BALLIN' Elbow Drop, MVP guns for the Playmaker but settles for a Big Boot instead. Miz manages to deliver the Skull Crushing Finale to pick up the win and retain the gold. But in all honesty, he sucks as a champion, a reality star and an actor.
Winner: The Miz via Pinfall
Following a WWE Rewind of Ricky Hatton's KO of Chavo, we hit the ring for the next match.
Chavo Guerrero vs. Santino Marella
As the bell rings, Santino begins taking off layers of clothing to reveal the many teams of the New York area...polishing it off with the Phillies (bad idea!) and Yankees (great idea). Chavo then nails the Three Amigos before setting up for the Frog Splash. But everytime he goes for it, Santino rolls to the other side. Thanks to DX-Swoggle, Santino gets the roll up and the victory over Chavo.
Winner: Santino via Pinfall
But after the bell, the real DX make their way down to the ring to obviously confront Hornswoggle for donning the DX gear once again...even with the lawsuit on the horizon.
The duo comes out and says that their plans have failed as they were intending on having some fun. They come out and focus their attention on this Sunday and the WWE Championship Match with John Cena. Unfortunately, he did use the word UNIT! Yes, LOL, as my daughter says. They then focus on Hornswoggle.
It doesn't take long for the leprechaun to appear and throw some DX Chops towards the crowd and the duo. At first glance, it looks as if the littlest DX wannabe may get his wish, but all of a sudden, Triple H drops the stick and nails Hornswoggle with a Pedigree. Following the shocker, they slide a DX Gurney into the ring, toss him on it and carry him out of the ring and to the back.
After a quick look at the history of the relationship between the WWE and The Garden, Chris Jericho invades the Pit to try to disrespect Piper. Piper returns the favor by having Chris Masters do Boom Boom Boom with his man-boobs! Following that, Melina and Alicia Fox make their way to the ring for their Divas Championship Match.
Lumberjill Match for the WWE Divas Championship
Alicia Fox vs. WWE Divas Champion Melina
Before the bell, Judah Friedlander of 30 Rock is announced as the special guest ring announcer. With that, the Divas Champion makes her way into the ring. Judah then announces that this match will be a Divas Lumberjill Match...and the ladies happen to be the ones who will be opposing each other in this Sunday's Survivor Series Match.
Fox goes on the offensive early, but she gets tossed out for her troubles. On the other side, Melina gets caught up by her opponents quickly. Back in the ring, the ladies slug it out with the Divas Champion in control before a tilt a whirl backbreaker. Fox goes for a huge neckbreaker, but Melina counters it into the Papa Bomb to win and retain the gold.
But after the match, Michelle tries to get an early advantage to this Sunday which leads to an all out catfight. After Team Mickie clears the ring, we are informed that Roddy Piper will finally make an appearance to the Garden crowd up next.
Winner: Divas Champion Melina
Intermission: Piper's Pit...with Vince McMahon???
Hot Rod takes a moment to soak in the admiration shown to him by the fans. He then relives the many fun moments of Madison Square Garden. He then announces that he has one last thing on his plate before he checks out: One More Match...with Vincent Kennedy McMahon! The reason? Vince fired him in the Garden after an interview on Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel. With that, Vince comes out in his New York Yankees pinstripe suit.
McMahon comes out and admits that the most heinous thing Piper has done in the Garden is showing up here tonight. Vince decides to nitpick every part of Piper...all the way down to his kilt. But Piper joins the fun and bashes McMahon as well. But Vince says that he always has looked better than everyone he has faced. He then announces that he has retired from ring action as of tonight.
But Piper makes it clear that if he can beat cancer, he can beat McMahon. He then issues a better challenge: He'll be in the ring later tonight, and if he has the guts, come and face him one on one.
HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! NEXT WEEK IS A SPECIAL THREE HOUR THANKSGIVING RAW AS THE SUPERSTARS OF RAW, SMACKDOWN AND ECW ARE AT THE MERCY OF NEXT WEEK'S GUEST HOST GOVERNOR JESSE "THE BODY" VENTURA!!!
Intermission: Sheamus and his Open Assault
Before the bell, Sheamus gloats about his annihilation of Jamie Noble. He then issues an open challenge to anyone in the back. When no one answers the challenge, he takes his frustrations out on the time keeper before kicking Jerry Lawler in the mouth. After the carnage, he walks to the back furious over no one accepting his challenge.
Back from the break, Matt Striker joins the broadcast table in place of the injured Jerry Lawler. With that, the gentlemen give the rundown of this Sunday's Survivor Series.
Evan Bourne vs. Jack Swagger
Back on RAW, Swagger has complete control over Bourne. But Bourne quickly bounces back with a flying knee. But Swagger catches Bourne in midair, rams him into a pair of corners and follows it up with the Swagger Bomb to pick up the win and get a measure of revenge on Bourne for last week.
Winner: Jack Swagger
In the back, Roddy Piper begins making his way to the ring to find out if Vince McMahon will accept his challenge for a MSGNYC Street Fight.
MSGNYC Street Fight
Randy Orton vs. Kofi Kingston
Before Piper gets on the stick, Randy Orton makes his way out to the ring to confront the Guest Host of the evening. Orton decides that he needs to relieve some aggression...and Piper is the person of interest. The two exchange shots before Orton begins to decimate Piper with the Maniacal Dissection. As Orton prepares to punt Piper in the head, Kofi Kingston makes his way into the ring to give Orton the fight he wants.
As Orton walks away, Kingston gives chase and takes the fight to the Legend Killer and former WWE Champion. In the crowd, Kingston and Orton slug it out before Orton tosses him back over the barricade. The two battle all around the ring before Orton brings the fight back to the ring. Orton looks to punt Kingston, but Kofi bounces up and delivers even more punches.
The fight returns to the outside and over the barricade before officials intervene to separate the two. But it only lasts briefly as the two lock up again. The two slug it out all the way into the technical area. Orton is sent over the railing into The Pit (how ironic) and hits a A-Rod like home run with a steel case top. Orton is busted open as Kingston continues to bring the fight to The Viper.
Kingston then jumps back over the railing, climbs up it to deliver a huge leg drop, but the officials stop him momentarily. But Kingston busts through, climbs it again and delivers the Boom Boom Leg Drop that sends Orton through the table, breaking it instantly. Kingston looks on and celebrates the carnage with the Garden crowd as he adds another notch in the MSG history books and wins the impromptu Unsanctioned Street Fight.
Winner: Kofi Kingston by KO
Before the main event, John Cena shares his thoughts on tonight's main event and this Sunday's Triple Threat WWE Championship Match. He then makes it clear that they will have to make a choice this Sunday as well. With that, Jerishow heads to the ring for the main event of the evening.
Triple Threat Tag Team Match (Madison Square Garden Moment in the Making)
Jerishow vs. D-Generation X vs. WWE Champion John Cena and World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker
John Cena, HBK and Jericho start the match with Cena getting the early advantage. But all three make tags as Triple H, Big Show and Undertaker enter the ring. After an eye encounter with each other, The Game and The Deadman decide to eliminate Show. After Triple H gets the Deadman off his feet, he tags in Shawn MIchaels.
After Taker rises up, Big Show returns to take out both HBK and Undertaker. Jericho comes in and tries to take an easy victory. Everyone gets in on the action as Triple H and John Cena exchange signature gestures before all hell breaks loose. Taker and Show lock up and battle on the outside, leaving Jericho, Trips and Cena to fight the battle on the inside.
All three men just lay on the ground before Triple H tags in HBK. Michaels gets complete control before heading up top and deliver the Suck It Elbow Drop. But Cena ducks Sweet Chin Music to deliver the Beantown Bomb and the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Triple H jumps in and delivers the Harley Race High Knee and Double A Spinebuster. As he goes for the Pedigree, Show returns to take out both men before Shawn drops Show, Jericho drops Shawn, Taker drops Jericho, Triple H drops Taker, and in the end, John Cena defeats Triple H for the second time in the Garden (Royal Rumble two years ago) with the Attitude Adjustment (formerly the FU).
But after the bell, the World Heavyweight Champion drops the WWE Champion with a Tombstone Piledriver. Undertaker stands tall around a group of dropped future Hall of Famers as the Last Man Standing to salute the crowd at The Garden with RAW going off the air.
Winner: WWE Champion John Cena & World Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker
