My Pets Go against the Natural Laws

June 24, 2010 by James | Comments (0)

Friendship between a cat and a dog has always seemed as unreal as a cheap paper writing or custom research paper to me. One day, however, I got convinced that even nature makes exceptions. This was the day when my two pets became the best friends despite all the prejudices.
My whole life is all about breaking stereotypes. This even concerns my home pets who, despite all the natural laws, perfectly get along. May and Petty have not been together from the childhood – May is two years older and I thought that she would never tolerate another animal at home; she is of those majestic cats that like it when everything is their way. However, a miracle has happened once Petty, shabby, dirty, and much underfed, emerged on my threshold. She was no more than three months then and I decided to keep her.

After a shower and a bowl of milk, Petty started wandering around her new home and sniffing everything around. She seemed very shy and, I was surprised to notice, a bit afraid of May. The latter was all eyes at the little puppy and probably thought how it was better to behave. When Petty came up to her bowl with water, she tried to object but then, once again surprising me, started drinking together with her. Since then they have been friends and there wasn’t a single time when Petty acted like a real dog that sees a cat.
